
We believe that the best relationships start and are maintained through clear and concise communication. To this end, we want our clients to understand fully our billing procedures and policy.
To further clarify our client/firm relationship, we ask that all clients read and sign an "engagement letter". This explanation spells out our commitment to you and the exact nature of our services.
» Your bill is computed by totaling the hours (to the quarter hour) spent on your account by individual accountants. There are various hourly rates applied to each of our staff members.
» We have twice-monthly billing cycles for services performed to date. Bills are due when received.
» Statements are mailed at the end of the month, reflecting unpaid invoices and partial payments.
» Estimates and/or firm quotes for services are gladly given upon request.
If, during any part of our commitment to each other, you have a billing question, please contact us as soon as possible. Specific billing questions can be directed to the Office Manager.
